1. The Provincial Government of Southern Leyte through the SOYMPH, PVSO, ADH, PTO, PSWDO, PDH, PGO AND PBO - MOOE intends to apply for a sum of Php 1, 748, 553.35 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Fuel and Engine Oil - SOYMPH, PVSO, ADH, PTO, PSWDO, PDH, PGO AND PBO. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
