Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR
Procurement of Fuel
1) The Philippine National Railways, through the General Appropriation Act for CY 2025 & 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Four Million Three Hundred Forty Four Thousand One Hundred Eighty Seven Pesos and 16/100 Centavos (PhP 104, 344, 187.16) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Fuel. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Philippine National Railways now invites bids for Procurement of 477, 052.42 liters of Fuel Delivery of the Goods shall be in accordance with the delivery schedule under Section VI, Schedule of Requirements . Bidders should have completed, at least five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
