1) The Provincial Government of Bohol, through the budget for the contract approved by
the Sanggunian through an appropriation ordinance for the year 2026 intends to
apply the sum of One Million Seven Hundred Eighty-Two Thousand Pesos Only
(P 1, 782, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under
the contract for all lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be
automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Provincial Government of Bohol, through the Provincial Procurement Management
Unit, now invites bids for Procurement of Fuel - Diesel for Office Vehicles to support
the operations of Bohol Mineral Resources Regulatory Office. Delivery of the Goods
