Procurement of framework agreement for printing services The purpose of the Framework Agreement is to ensure the defense sector predictable access to printing services with sufficient capacity and quality within a wide range of printing articles. The framework agreement must cover the sector's ongoing needs for the production of, among other things, magazines, brochures, books, magazines, envelopes, calendars, reports, beach flags, roll-ups, photo prints, posters, envelopes, business cards, diplomas, diplomas, cards, exhibition walls, stickers, sales tasks, prospectuses, foiling and banners, and facilitate effective call-offs, delivery security and safeguarding of information security requirements when processing graded and protected information. The framework agreement shall also cover assistance with simpler graphic services such as design, layout and original preparation, as well as production consultancy in connection with the printing process. The supplier must assist with storage services, packaging of printed matter, distribution and assembly of printed matter. The agreement can also apply to distribution abroad.
