The procurement includes the delivery of bioplastic bags for food waste management to the ordering organisations. The customer needs the following food waste bags, which are described in more detail in the requirements specification: - Standard 8 liters - Restaurant 35 litres - Restaurant 60 liters The estimate of annual needs below is based on historical consumption and estimated future needs for the respective ordering organization. The purpose of the procurement is for the Orderers to have continuous access to bioplastic bags for food waste management. Biogas is produced from the food waste, so the bags must be adapted for such activities.
