1) The Municipality of San Jose de Buan, Samar, through the DRRM Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Four (4) Units Motorcycle for Pre-Disaster Assessment, Rapid Disaster Assessment and Needs Analysis (RDANA) And Post Disaster Needs Assessment (PDNA). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
