Purchase of poultry products: 11070 kg The estimated quantities per product group in the documentation, per product type and they are in the documentation. Withdrawal obligation for all partial offers: at least 70% of the quantity. The detailed specification and the delivery schedule are included in the documentation. The unpriced budget as well as additional information is part of the Documentation. The Supplier provides these products to the Customer at the current list price at the given time. A deviation of +29 % from the specified quantities is possible. Where the contracting authority does not specify packaging, for those products any packaging is accepted. In the case of products where the contracting authority specifies a packaging, it is necessary to negotiate in the framework of additional information regarding the acceptance of a different packaging, otherwise the offer of a different packaging is the offer results in its invalidity.
