The Local Government Unit of Kauswagan, Lanao del Norte invites interested bidders to participate through Negotiated Procurement- Community Participation for the PROCUREMENT OF FOOD ITEMS FOR SUPPLEMENTARY FEEDING PROGRAM, in accordance with Section 53.12 of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (R.A.) No. 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
