Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
PROCUREMENT OF FOOD ITEMS
(PERISHABLE) FOR THE TARLAC PROVINCIAL HOSPITAL
1) The Provincial Government of Tarlac, through the Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of Two Million Two Hundred Sixty-Three Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty-five Pesos (PhP 2, 263, 965.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract to payments under the contract for Procurement of Food Items (Perishable) for the Tarlac Provincial Hospital. Bids received in excess of the Approved Budget for the Contract shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Provincial Government of Tarlac now invites bids for Food Items (Perishable). Delivery of the Goods is required within three (3) months. Bidders should have completed, at least two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
