PROCUREMENT OF FOOD ITEMS
1. The LGU VERUELA intends to apply the sum of Three Million Pesos Only (Php 3, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Food Items for Growth and Development of Day Care Children enrollee, Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. LGU Veruela now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within Fifteen (15) calendar days upon Supplier-s receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years (January 2023 to January 2025) prior to the deadline for the submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. For this purpose, similar contracts shall refer to Food Items for Feeding Program. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
