Description : 1) The LGU-Mariveles, through the Budget of the Contract Approved by the Sanggunian of 2026 intends to apply the sum of Sixteen Million, Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php16, 800, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Food Commodities for The Municipality of Mariveles Christmas Assistance Program for Senior Citizens, PWDs, And Solo Parents (EPA). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The LGU-Mariveles now invites bids for Procurement of Food Commodities for The Municipality of Mariveles Christmas Assistance Program for Senior Citizens, PWDs, And Solo Parents (EPA) using the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid (LCRB). Delivery of the Goods is required within 7 days after the receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
