The Local Government Unit (LGU) of Baganga, through the General Fund CY-2026- MDRRMF 5% OF 70% 5-02-03-990: Other Supplies and Materials Expenses intend to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Eighty-Five Thousand Six Hundred (985, 600.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Food and Non-food items. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. Project Details
The LGU of Baganga now invites bids for the Procurement of Rice using Public Bidding procedures under RA 12009. Delivery of goods is required within thirty (30) calendar days.
