Tender Details

The material procedure is the Code of Criminal Procedure. Pursuant to Section 29 (2), Budapest Capital XIV. district Zuglo Municipality, like the Zugloi Egyesitet Bolcsődek and Budapest Capital XIV. District Zuglo Municipality will be conducted by an authorized contracting authority acting on behalf of joint tenderers.

Subject procedure frameworkIn this year, food and cooking materials will be procured for Zugloi Egyesitett Boelcsődek (parts 1-5) within the framework of sales contracts for a period of 12 months from the entry into force of the contracts, a total of

- for part 1 17, 386 kg

- for part 2 2, 500kg

- in relation to the 3rd part 27, 278 kg, 60, 100 pcs

- in relation to the 4th part 26, 215 kg

- in relation to the 5th part 64, 724 liters, 13, 737 kg, 280 pcs

up to the frame quantity. undertakes to draw 70% of it (mandatory limit amount) during the contract periodduring its duration, and - in case of extension - also during the extended period of the contract. The tenderer is not obliged to draw the part above the mandatory limit quantity, but he is entitled to do so at any time during the duration of the contract.

In the case of the quality and technical parameters of the goods, the Mag152/2009 on the mandatory provisions of the Food Code. (XI.12) The guidelines are defined according to the FVM decree.
