Procurement of Foliar Fertilizers as Support to Farmers
1) The City Government of San Fernando, La Union, through the AO No. 2026-01 - CY 2026 Supplemental Budget No. 1 - RA 7171 Fund intends to apply the sum of Five Million Four Hundred Forty Five Thousand Pesos (Php 5, 445, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Foliar Fertilizers as Support to Farmers. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The City Government of San Fernando, La Union now invites bids for Procurement of Foliar Fertilizers as Support to Farmers . Delivery of the Goods is required Twenty (20) Calendary Days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least Three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
