Eligibility of Tenderer : 1) Manufacturer authorization letter shall be submitted.2) The Tenderer shall have a minimum 10 (Ten) years of experience in the supply of simillar goods and related services.3) The satisfactory completion of specific supply experience of minimum 52 (Fifty Two) Lakh under maximum 02 (Two) contracts in the last 3 (three) years.4) The tenderer shall submit samples of related items and detailed design drawing of the system to the PE office and upload approved forwarding letter and brochure and catalog of related items into e-Gp before closing of tender.5) Manufacturer or Product ISO Certificate shall be submitted.6) Declaration on letterhead pad that tender will supply all spare parts for replacement guarantee of 12 (Twelve) months and all maintenance works for warranty of 12(Twelve) months effective from the final date of completion (any without payment).7) Tenderer shall submit up to date Import License.8) Up to date ABC Contractor's and Supervisor's License from Electrical Licensing Board shall be submitted.9) Manufacturer UL enlistment/ FM Approval documents shall be submitted.10) Tenderer shall submit Certificate of Fire Protection Specialist (CFPS) from NFPA (National Fire Protection Association).
