1. The Philippine Army, through the General Appropriations Act 2025 (RA 12116 - Continuing) with Advice of Sub-Allotment (ASA) Nr 2100-2026-1096 valid until 31 December 2026 intends to apply the sum of FOUR MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED TWENTY THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED PESOS (PhP4, 820, 500.00) under Armor Div SBAC (TRACOM) PB-14-2026 for the Procurement of Foam, Mattress, Single being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC). Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Philippine Army now invites bids for the above Procurement Project using Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid (LCRB) as the criteria in awarding the contract. Delivery of the Goods is required by Fifteen (15) Calendar Days reckoned from the date of receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP).
