Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR
PROCUREMENT OF FLIGHT SUIT
1. The Philippine Army through the Advice of Sub-Allotment (ASA) Number 3400-2026-0117 dated 12 February 2026 intends to apply the sum of Ten Million Pesos Only (PhP10, 000.000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Flight Suit. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The IMCOM Special Bids and Awards Committee invites bids for the Procurement of Flight Suit. Delivery of the Goods is required for the duration of Sixty (60) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, at least ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
3. Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
