1) The Bureau of Fire Protection - BARMM, through the General Appropriations Act Fiscal Year 2026 intends to apply the sum of Eight Million Four Hundred Forty-Nine Thousand Pesos (₱8, 449, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Firefighter-s Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
