Description : 1) The [MLGU-Tubo, Tubo, Abra], through the [MDRRM-trust fund] intends to apply the sum of [₱ 2, 800, 000.00] being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for [Procurement of Fire Truck]. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The [MLGU-Tubo, Tubo, Abra] now invites bids for [Supply/Delivery 1 unit fire truck at the Dap-ay Di Tubo, Poblacion, Tubo Abra] using the [Competitive bidding]. Delivery of the Goods is required [15 days after the receipt of the NTP]. Bidders should have completed, at least [1 year] from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
