The Rovaniemi Village Development Foundation (hereinafter referred to as the "Procurement Unit") requests offers for the services of fund managers as a contract valid for an indefinite period. Procurement is divided into two areas: - Section 1 Equity and interest investments - Subarea 2 Alternative Investments Financial management of equity and fixed-income investments is carried out at the time of signing an estimate of 80% as a full power of attorney financial management agreement and 20% as consultative financial management. As far as alternative investments are concerned, it is consultative agreement. The services also include the custody of the portfolio's securities in accordance with the tender documents. The object of the procurement is described in more detail in the tender request and its attachments. The Rovaniemi Village Development Foundation has decided auctions a total of approximately EUR 18.4 million in equity and fixed-income investment assets, so that in the future the investment assets of equity and fixed-income investments will be managed by 2 asset managers. With regard to sub-area 1, it is a tender to be selected for sub-area 1 a total of two (2) asset managers providing services. Asset management of equity and fixed-income investments is carried out at the time of the agreement approximately 80% as a full power of attorney asset management agreement and 20% as consultative asset management, which also includes management custody of the securities of the given portfolio.
