NPK fertilizers Nitrogen fertilizers Procurement of fertilizers DBR in two parts. Procurement of fertilizers according to the technical specifications that are part of the public procurement documents. Tenderer for the exact technical description of the specific public procurement to be implemented in the DBR - the Kbt. In accordance with § 107, paragraph (2) - and contract conditions are made available to the economic operators participating in the DBR at the same time as the invitation to tender is sent. Economic operators invited to bid for this in possession, they can make their offer in the bidding phase! Based on a bidding stage, the typical period is May-August for NPK fertilizers and September-May for nitrogen fertilizers. The specific procurements are those of the current Bidder depending on needs. The duration of the DBR is 24 months. Creation of a dynamic procurement system (hereinafter: DBR) for the procurement of NPK fertilizers for the products with the active ingredient and active ingredient content specified below.
