1. The Local Government Unit of Sta. Praxedes, Cagayan through its Trus Fund FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Pesos (P3, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for:

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The LGU now invites bids for the Procurement of Fertilizer for Fertilize now, Pay Later Program of Sta. Praxedes, Cagayan. Delivery of the goods is required within 15 days upon issuance and acceptance of the Purchase Order/Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the project.
