The purpose is to acquire two types of fence packages equipped with electric shepherds to prevent damage caused to beehives by bears. The object of the procurement is described in more detail in the appendix to the request for tenders 1. Description of the procurement. Exemplary contents of an electric shepherd's fence Fences with four electrically conducting strips of approximately 90-100 cm high have been used as electric shepherd's fences to prevent bear visits to beehives. Plastic fence posts have been used star poles (115 cm long), which, depending on the flatness of the terrain, are installed every 4-5 meters (14-20 poles in total). To prevent digging under the bear, the lowest wire may be at a height of about 20 cm at its highest point. For the protection of beehives in electric shepherd fences, the goal has been to generalize to all sites, an easy-to-install shepherd fence method, whose power consumption has been tried to be reduced with the shepherd's technical solutions. In addition, solar panels and an electric shepherd working with two different power systems. For example, the OLLI 9.07S and Olli 122B shepherds have proven to be good shepherds.
