MUNICIPALITY OF MADRIDEJOS
Invitation to Bid for the Procurement of Family Planning Commodities
1. The Municipality of Madridejos, through the Gender and Development (GAD) Fund, intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Twenty-One Thousand Eight Hundred Eight Pesos and 00/000 (Php 721, 808.00), being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Family Planning Commodities-MAD 021-2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Madridejos now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by fifteen (15) days after receipt of the PO/Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
