Invitation to Bid for Procurement of Fabrication Services for Use of
Bohol Provincial Tourism Office
1) The Provincial Government of Bohol, through the budget for the contract approved
by the Sanggunian through an appropriation ordinance for the year 2026 intends
to apply the sum of Two Million Pesos Only (P 2, 000, 000.00) being the Approved
Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for all lot. Bids received
in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Provincial Government of Bohol, through the Provincial Procurement Management
Unit, now invites bids for Procurement of Fabrication Services for Use of Bohol
Provincial Tourism Office. Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 days after
receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least within the last
10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the
