1) The National Housing Authority (NHA) - Region xII through its Regional Office Bids and Awards Committee (ROBAC), intends to engage the services of a Consultant for the Procurement of two (2) Real Estate Appraisal Service Consultancy to conduct Appraisal of the Developed Land and completed Housing Units of Sofia Ville (AFP/PNP Housing Project) located in Nursery Road, Brgy. Lagao, General Santos City in accordance with Section 53.9 (Negotiated Procurement - Small Value Procurement) of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act 9184.
