The subject of procurement is the service of professional supervision over the construction and complete renovation of three earthquake-damaged residential-commercial buildings and one commercial building in Zagreb - Blok Jelačić: Residential and commercial building - Trg bana Josipa Jelačića 1/ Ilica 2, Residential and commercial building - Trg bana Josipa Jelačića 2, Residential and commercial building - Trg bana Josipa Jelačića 15, 15/1, 15/2, 15/3 and Commercial building - Trg bana Josipa Jelačića 14/Praška ulica 2 as regulated by the Law on Reconstruction, the Program of Measures, the Law on Construction and the related regulations governing renovation as well as the regulations governing the performance of spatial planning and construction activities and activities and any subsequent amendments and additions to those regulations. For the purposes of this procurement procedure, from the above-mentioned documents, apply the relevant parts related to the professional supervision service.
