Description of the provision: Execution of the works described in the Technical Project for the remodeling of the lawn of the municipal football field of Les Roquetes, initially approved by agreement of the Local Government Board on March 3, 2026 (project in public exhibition procedure, pending its final approval). This contract can be qualified as a works contract, in accordance with the definition of article 13 of Law 9/2017, of November 8, on public sector contracts (LCSP), by the which transposes into the legal system the directives of the European Parliament and of the Council 2014/23/UE and 2014/24/UE, of February 26, 2014. The works to be executed refer to a complete work, and are those defined in the basic and executive project that serves as the basis for this tender. However, according to article 13 of the LCSP, works contracts are those whose object, among others, is the execution of a work, isolated or together with the drafting of the project, or the realization of some of the works listed in Annex I of the same LCSP. Annex I of the LCSP includes the works contemplated in article 13, which includes general building construction works and civil engineering works. These include, among others, the construction of stadium equipment and other sports facilities.
