Big events Experiential lighting in an urban space Renting equipment for events Small events The object of the procurement is event technology services and equipment rental at events organized or managed by the city of Tampere and areas. The city of Tampere orders event technology for the events it produces or the facilities and areas it manages from the service providers selected for the framework arrangement, with the exceptions mentioned in the materials. The city of Tampere is responsible for the events the organizer or the official administrator of the facilities and areas. The event technology services to be purchased include comprehensive event technology implementations or individual equipment and equipment rentals. The extent of transaction technology to be acquired varies depending on the nature of the event and the target group. The Event Technology Provider can use appropriate subcontractors in the implementation, but is responsible for the subcontractors' implementation as if it were its own. The tenderer must be able to communicate in Finnish and both in writing and orally. If necessary, the Provider is expected to be able to provide the service also in English. The procurement of event technology is done as a framework arrangement, which includes the following areas: •Sub-area 1: Large events (more than 1000 participants). A maximum of 4 Bidders will be selected. •Division 2: Small events (less than 1000 participants). A maximum of 4 Bidders will be selected. •Part 3: Renting equipment for events.
