the Department of Health Negros Island Region in Negros
Oriental and Siquijor
Duration: May-December 2026
Project Conditions:
1) Total Approved Budget for contract involves one (1)
summit, one (1) awarding ceremony, and six (6) health
promotion and health literacy activities to be conducted each
with respective cost breakdown. (See Annex B)
2) Payment shall be made upon the submission and approval
of each required project and acceptance by the requisitioner.
