Title : Procurement of Event Management Services
Description : The International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) is intends to procure, on a turnkey basis, event management services for the 10th Meeting of AVSEC/FAL Regional Group (AVSEC-FAL/RG/10). The Meeting will be held at Foz de Iguazú, Brazil from 25 to 27 March 2020, under the auspices of the National Civil Aviation Agency Brazil (ANAC) and preceded by two workshops: one regarding One Stop Security (OSS) and another on AVSEC Quality Control, to be carried out on 23 and 24 March 2020, respectively. The company to be hired must have a physical domicile and headquarter in Brazil, as well as be established in the Brazilian State in accordance with all relevant legislation of the country, and strictly comply with the respective regulations for purpose of contracting with entities and public bodies of Brazil.
