2. Delivery period within 15 days upon NTP/ Purchase Order (if applicable)
3. Warranty shall be for period of six (6) months for supplies and materials, one (1) year for
equipment from date of acceptance by the Procuring Entity
4. Price validity shall be for a period of 60 calendar days
5. Bidders shall submit brochures/ pictures showing certification of the product being offered (if
applicable)
6. Renewed Business permit and Philgeps registration.
