Tender Details

The subject of procurement is the procurement and delivery of equipment for the needs of the production plant of the Agrotechnology Center for storage and processing of vegetable and fruit crops in Cerna - a repeated procedure for 3 groups of procurement subjects (Groups 1, 3 and 4).

The subject of procurement includes the procurement and delivery of equipment to Agro locationof the technological center as well as the installation and commissioning of the entire procurement item and user training, if applicable.

The equipment must be new and unused. If the manufacturer offers a guarantee for the product's correctness (warranty), the offerer is obliged to transfer the guarantee to the Client.

The minimum guarantee for the equipment is 12 months, and the total duration of the guarantee will be scored by the customer within the criteria for the most economically advantageous offer.

The guarantee period means the time period in which the offerer guarantees the quality of the delivered/installed equipment. The selected bidder undertakes toe within the warranty period, without the right to special compensation, eliminate all defects or replace the delivered equipment. The warranty period also includes regular maintenance and service, which must be provided according to the manufacturer's schedule of service intervals and maintenance. All costs of regular maintenancereplacements, such as original spare parts, maintenance, safety testing in accordance with existing legal norms, disposal of old spare parts as well as other items prescribed by the manufacturer in accordance with service intervals must be included.
