MUNICIPALITY OF CARLES



INVITATION TO BID



1.0 The Municipal Government of Carles, Province of Iloilo through its Annual Budget Appropriations (PMNP-PBG Fund) intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Eighty One Thousand Three Hundred Twenty Six Pesos and ninety cents Only (Php 581, 326.90) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the Procurement of Equipment . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.



2.0 The Municipal Government of Carles - Bids and Awards Committee now invites bid for the Procurement of Equipment. Completion of the delivery of goods is required within Ten (10) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within the last Ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II - Eligibility Documents (Instructions to Bidders).
