1) The Provincial Government of Bohol, through the budget for the contract approved
by the Sanggunian through an appropriation ordinance for the year 2026 intends
to apply the sum of Eighty-Five Thousand Three Hundred Forty-Four Pesos Only
(P 85, 344.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under
the contract for Procurement of Ephedrine and Nalbuphine for Use of Garcia
Memorial Provincial Hospital (2026-000744 REBIDDING). Bids received in excess of
the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Provincial Government of Bohol, through the Provincial Procurement Management
Unit, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is
required within 30 days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have
