1.The Municipality of Malabuyoc, through the GENERAL FUND-SOCIO intends to apply the sum of One Million Six Hundred Eighty-Five Thousand Pesos (PhP 1, 685, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Entertainment Services for 194th Malabuyoc Fiesta Celebration with Advertisement Number 2026-087. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2.The Municipality of Malabuyoc now invites bids for the above procurement project, Completion of the Works is required within Twenty-Six (26) calendar days from the receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
