1) The Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), through the PAGCOR-s Corporate Budget for CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Eleven Million Three Hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP11, 300, 000.00), VAT Exclusive, Zero-Rated Transaction, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Enterprise Security Gateway Deployment for Enhanced Network Protection and Performance.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
