Procurement of the enterprise resource planning system for rental housing operations The object of the procurement is the overall service to be delivered to the Customer, which includes the enterprise resource planning system intended for rental apartment operations, as well as the related commissioning, maintenance and support services. The system is primarily implemented as a software service (SaaS). The goal of the procurement is to introduce a system that supports the key processes of the Customer's rental apartment operations, such as processing applications, tenant selection, contract management, invoicing and customer communication, as well as improving operational efficiency, transparency and automation. The system must enable electronic transactions, centralized management of data and integrations with other central services of the Subscriber systems. In addition, the system must support the continuous development of operations and enable the utilization of advanced functionalities, such as automation and artificial intelligence, in accordance with the Customer's needs. The acquisition includes: - system implementation as project delivery, - continuous use of the system as a software service, - system maintenance, updates and support services, and - possible additional services and integrations related to the procurement as described in more detail in the request for tender way. The anticipated value of the acquisition is 520, 000 euros, based on a calculated review period of four (4) years and the estimated application rent and the use of transaction-based services.
