Description : The DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION (DOTr), through the National Expenditure Program for FY 2026, intends to apply the sum of Ten Million Five Hundred Twelve Thousand Three Hundred Ninety-Four Pesos and Ninety-Eight Centavos (Php10, 512, 394.98) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) - Financial Application Software Licenses in the DOTr - Central Office. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The DOTr now invites bids for the Early Procurement Activity of the ERP Financial Software Licenses. Delivery of the Goods is required within fifteen (15) calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
