1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT-MERCEDES, EASTERN SAMAR, through its 20% Municipal Development Fund (MDF) for Fiscal Year 2018 intends to apply the sum of One Million Pesos Only (Php. 1, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF ENGINEERING EQUIPMENTS for LGU-Mercedes, Eastern Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
