Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF ENGINE OIL & FUEL FOR
USE OF THE OFFICE OF THE PROVINCIAL VETERINARIAN
The Provincial Government of Bohol, through the Bids and Awards Committee for CY 2025,
intends to apply the sum of EIGHT HUNDRED THIRTY-NINE THOUSAND SEVEN
HUNDRED SEVENTY PESOS ONLY (₱ 839, 770.00) being the Approved Budget for the
Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF ENGINE OIL
& FUEL FOR USE OF THE OFFICE OF THE PROVINCIAL VETERINARIAN with
Procurement Reference No. G-2025-0029 Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be
automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Provincial Government of Bohol now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.
Delivery of the Goods is required within ONE (1) DAY/ UPON DEMAND OF THE END
USER after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar
to the procurement project with an amount of at least TWENTY FIVE PERCENT (25%) of
