Description : 1) The Municipal Government of Pililla, through the LDRRMF 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Seven Hundred Forty-Eight Thousand Nine Hundred Pesos and 0/100 Pesos (₱2, 748, 900.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for ITBGOODS2026-03-10A. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipal Government of Pililla, Rizal now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by within 30 days from Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
