Procurement of Emergency Generators for Park Avenue Wwtp & Blackwater Wtp
Central Highlands Regional Council (CHRC) owns, operates, and maintains critical water and wastewater infrastructure throughout the region, including the Park Avenue Wastewater Treatment Plant in Emerald and the Blackwater Water Treatment Plant.
