1.The Department of Education-Schools Division Office, Quezon City through Sub-Allotment Release Order (SARO) No. NCR-25-02-060 intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION NINE THOUSAND PESOS (Php 2, 009, 000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Electronic Medical Record (EMR) Digital Weighing Scale). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Department of Education - Schools Division Office of Quezon City now invites bids for the procurement of electronic medical record digital weighing scale to be used in connection with the School-Based Feeding Program (SBFP) using the lowest calculated and responsive bid (LCRB) as award criterion. Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 days from receipt of Notice to Proceed.
