Tenders are invited for Procurement of “Electronic Document Management” System and “Human Resource Management” Subsystem for Baku State University.

Bidders must submit the following documents to participate in the tender:
- bank document on payment of participation fee in the tender;
- tender proposal (must be valid for at least 30 banking days from the date of opening the envelopes);
- Bank guarantee in the amount of 1% of the tender proposal price (must be valid for 30 (thirty) banking days beyond the validity period of the tender proposal);
- Certificate from the relevant tax authority on the absence of overdue obligations related to taxes and other mandatory payments in the Republic of Azerbaijan;
- a copy of the financial report of the bidder on the activity for the last year, approved by the tax authorities;
- bank statement on the financial condition of the bidder for the last year;
- Full name, legal status, charter (notarized copy), country of registration and details of the bidder;
- Certificates of conformity of origin of the bidder on the relevant goods.

Bidders must submit the above documents (excluding tender proposal and bank guarantee) electronically by 11:00 am on July 19, 2021, and the work schedule, tender proposal and bank guarantee by July 29, 2021 at 5:45 pm. should do.

Bid envelopes will be opened electronically on July 30, 2021 at 11.00 through the single internet procurement portal.
