The Samar State University (SSU), through its Bids and Awards Committee, shall undertake Negotiated Procurement - Small Value Procurement of the following items not available in the DBM-PS price list in accordance with Rule IV Section 34 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act. No. 12009 for the Procurement of Electronic Component Node - 2nd Bidding (Please see attached specification) with an Approved Budget of Contract (ABC) amounting to Php. 293, 545.81.
