1) The Mayor Hilarion A. Ramiro Sr. Medical Center (MHARSMC), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) Fiscal Year (FY) 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Six Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php 2, 600, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Electrocardiogram (ECG) Machines for the Nursing Department. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The MHARSMC now invites bids for Procurement of Electrocardiogram (ECG) Machines for the Nursing Department in accordance with the provisions of Section 12, Rule II of Republic Act (RA) No. 12009 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, otherwise known as the "New Government Procurement Act (NGPA), ". Delivery of the Goods is required within Sixty (60) calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
