Procurement of electricity
The subject of procurement is the supply of electricity, specified and determined by type and estimated (framework) quantity in the Cost Sheet and Appendix I - Metering points, tariff models and calculation elements, which is attached. Economic entities offer the subject of purchase in accordance with the General Conditions for the use of the network and the supply of electricity (Official Gazette 85/15 and 49/20, 104/20, 80/21 and any amendments) in compliance with the Electricity Market Act (Official Gazette 111/21) and other regulations that regulate this market. The electricity calculation will be performed by the Supplier based on measurement data determined by the Distribution System Operator with measuring devices at the Customer's calculation measurement points, in accordance with the General Conditions for the use of the network and the supply of electricity and the Network Rules of the distribution system (Official Gazette 74/2018 and 52/2020 and any amendments). The calculation element on the basis of which the calculation of electricity supply is made is: - taken working energy expressed in kWh.
