In the form of offer, in the section Financial offer, the economic operator enters the offered margin expressed in percentages, which will be used as an indicator for calculating the price of consumed electricity for each past month, by applying the following formula: Cm = Cm, HUPJ/1000 + margin in % Cm - price at which EO supplies DO in the month (m), day/KЊh Cm, HUPJ - average price for electricity on the HUPJ exchange market for the month to which the calculation applies, day/MЊh. Total amount of consumed EE = Cm*quantity of consumed EE When converting the price of the HUPJ stock exchange from euros to denars, the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of the Republic of North Macedonia on the last day of the month for which it is invoiced will be used. Note: The offered price ie the offered margin percentage must not be higher than the coefficient by which the supplier's price is calculated in the last resort according to the Tariff System for the sale of EE (Official Gazette No. 164 of 2018), expressed in percentages. Otherwise the offer will be assessed as unacceptable. 3.6.2 The offered margin, which is fixed for the entire duration of the contract, should include all the costs and discounts of the economic operator, including - the cost of purchasing electricity, - the cost of planning and nomination of consumption, - costs for providing cross-border facilities (so that the energy is delivered to the EES of RSM) - import customs duties, and - cost of balancing consumption (balance responsibility), ...
