The economic operator in the Offer Form, in the Financial offer section, enters the offered margin expressed in percentages, which will be used as an indicator for calculating the price of consumed electricity for each past month, applying the following formula Cm = Cm, HUPJ/1000 + margin in % Cm - price at which EO supplies DO in the month (m), day/KNh Cm, HUPJ - average price for electricity on the market of the HUPJ stock exchange for the month for which the calculation refers, day/MNJh. Total amount of EE consumed = Cm*amount of consumed EE When converting the price of the HUPJ stock exchange from euros to denars, the average exchange rate of the National Bank of RSM on the last day of the month for which it is invoiced will be used. Note The offered price, that is, the offered margin percentage must not be higher than the coefficient by which the price of the last-resort supplier is calculated in accordance with the Tariff System for the sale of electricity to consumers supplied by the universal supplier and the last-resort supplier (Sl. Gazette of RSM no. 146/22, 211/22), expressed in percent. Otherwise, the offer will be considered unacceptable.
